Victoria, British Columbia, Canada – A brewery has come up with the most anticipated beer in Australia.
A new beer called Victoria has been dubbed the most anticipated beer ever in the Australian beer world.
The Victorian is brewed by Bitter and Bitter in Melbourne, with Victorians favorite beer Lincolnshire the primary beer.
“We’ve been working on the project for over a year now,” Bitch owner Chris McLeod said.
“The beer has been in our system for quite a long time and the concept was born out of our passion for brewing, so it’s very natural.”
“We wanted to give our beer a taste of Victoria,” McLeod said, “but we didn’t want it to be a watered down version of the classic L&B style we all know and love.”
Bitch is a small brewery with a small footprint, but the Victorians primary bitter is made using the Kentucky barley.
This makes it very rich, and the brewery uses its own barley.
They also use the Batch Bittering process, which is used to brew Bittles and Molasses.
Bittlestar is a traditional American-style IPA brewed with a special blend of Cascade, Centennial and Citra hops, which adds a pleasant hop aroma and a smoky taste.
It’s brewed with Bits (capped 6.5% ABV) and a few more hops, so Bitches will be a speciality in Australia.
The Lions are a British-style IPA brewed with a British-style hop.
They are brewed using British style bulk hops, which are known for their taste and extensive sugar content.
There are currently no plans to release a Lion brewer in the UK, but there are plans to open Lancaster brewery later this year.
Victoria is available for purchase on the Brewers Guild app, and Lakes will also be selling it through their shop.
