It’s a beer made from a special mixture of barley and hops, known as alphas.
But there are some challenges that visitors and locals face when trying to enjoy it in the country.
The beer is named for the fact that it has a golden colour and a distinctive aroma, and that it tastes a bit like a sweet malt drink.
It is known as a sjálóp.
